Here you will find all of our contact information in case you have any questions or need additional information on a product. We constantly monitor emails and often respond within 30 minutes during normal business hours. Also contained on this page are our store policies that we hope will answer some of your most common questions.

Pricing  Office Chairs realizes our responsibility to our customers. We want to make everything clear. No additional charges, no surprises, no fine print. The price you see on each item information page is the price you will pay. Each item's price is listed directly under the item description. Shipping is always free on all items. No hidden charges!

Lowest Price Guarantee!  Any product that is labeled "Lowest Price on the Web" or "Absolute Lowest Price" has been researched by our staff to be the lowest offered price across the Internet. If by chance you do find an item offered for less elsewhere, simply bring it to our attention before placing your order. More information can be read here.

Sales Tax  We only charge sales tax to shipping within the state of Pennsylvania. All other states are tax free.

Free Shipping & Delivery  Our free shipping is available to your door or dock on all items shipped by UPS or FedEx within the 48 contiguous states. Please note that we reserve the right to bill you for address corrections or address changes once an order ships. All items are shipped unassembled or partially assembled unless otherwise noted.

  • Heavy Freight Deliveries  Quantity orders (typically 6+ items) and all large/heavy items will require a heavy freight carrier and may require additional travel time. All heavy freight shipments are dock to dock ("tailgate") deliveries. This means that you must be available to unload the item(s) from the tailgate of the truck. If you are not available at the time of delivery and the carrier has to reschedule/redeliver your order, you may be subject to redelivery charges. If you require any additional services, such as a lift gate or inside delivery, additional charges will apply (list of fees). Carriers reserve the right to bill you for a lift gate if you do not have a dock. Please note that inside delivery only requires the driver to deliver the item(s) through the threshold of a buildings ground floor.

    Freight Damage  In the unfortunate event of damage, please contact us and we'll have replacement parts shipped out promptly. Please inspect all items for damage/defects and report these issues to us within 5 days of delivery. We cannot replace any items at our expense if the damage is reported outside of this time period, or if the shipping boxes are discarded.

  • IMPORTANT!  On items delivered by heavy freight, make the driver wait while you review the shipment. You MUST notate any visible damage to the cartons, or the item itself, on the delivery receipt in order for us to replace it.

    Return Policy  (We have the very best return policy versus our competitors!)  If for any reason you wish to return your order, and it is a returnable item (products designated as Special Order/Custom Order cannot be returned), in many instances we can schedule a pick-up of your item so that you do not have to haul it to your local UPS store. Once the item/items have been returned to the warehouse, we will refund your purchase price minus the return freight cost. We will never charge you for any original shipping charges and there will never be any restocking fees added for your return whatsoever. All merchandise must be received back to us in the condition, and cartons (remember to save the boxes!) in which it was sent. Please email us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization number (14 days for the ERA chair brand). In the event your item is defective or damaged in shipping we will promptly ship replacement parts (please see "Freight Damage" above). We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments that are not damaged, or shipments returned due to bad addresses or phone numbers. All items must be returned within 30 days of the return authorization issue date.

  • Compare our return policy to our competitors!  Please be sure to read the fine print on the return policy of our competitors. Do you really want to pay return shipping charges, original shipping charges and maybe even a restocking fee?

    Purchase Orders  We accept Purchase Orders from all government agencies and academic institutions or any other company on a case by case basis. All Purchase Orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us. Purchase Orders can be faxed to (724) 846-5048. Terms are NET 30, no exceptions.

    Warranty Information  If your item is found to be defective at any time during the course of your warranty, replacement parts will be shipped to you by the respective manufacturer. Our products are rated for a standard 40-hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs or less unless otherwise noted. Each product page has the available warranty listed for that product. Please consult the warranty that ships with your product for complete details. Make sure you keep your receipt as well.

    Transaction Security  You can feel comfortable using our online services at Office Chairs Our secure site uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt your personal information while it is transmitted over the Internet. Our site is also 100% guaranteed "Hacker Safe" and cannot be intercepted by any third party. Credit card numbers are erased from our system after 30 days to ensure protection.     Privacy  Office Chairs is 100% committed to maintaining your privacy. All personal information you provide to us will remain strictly confidential. We will not furnish your personal information to a third party except to the financial institution that processes your credit card or corporate account transaction, for purposes of satisfying a purchase or request from you, for purposes for which you have given your expressed consent, or if required by law. We will never rent, loan, or sell any information you have provided to us to any third party.

    Additional Delivery Fees  
    Heavy Freight Carrier Inside Delivery - $142.00 (price includes a lift gate service)
    Heavy Freight Carrier Lift Gate Service - $70 if required, or requested, at the time of delivery (our free freight is for dock to dock deliveries only)
    Heavy Freight Re-Delivery or Pick up Reschedule - $60-$120 per failed attempt

    Miscellaneous Legal Fees  
    Returned Check Fee - $25 per incident
    Chargeback Fee - $35 per incident
    Collections Fee - 18% of the total to be collected
    Legal Litigation Regarding Collections - 27% of the total plus any court costs and suit fees (all legal disputes handled in PA)
