Features of the You chair include a flexible internal frame that can be modified to straighten or bow by turning the activation dial. This adjustment allows for a customized amount of support and lift to create the ideal convex curve that conforms to the user's back.
Other features of the You chair include innovative back suspension, pneumatic seat height adjustment, tilt with tilt lock and adjustable tilt tension control, ratchet back height adjustment, 360-degree swivel, molded foam seat cushion standard with your choice of commercial-grade upholstery, breathable elastomeric mesh backrest for maximum ventilation, adjustable task arms (chair is pictured with multi-functional task arms), and a heavy-duty angled nylon base with dual wheel carpet casters are standard. Optional polished aluminum base, a seat slider (allows for seat depth adjustments), a headrest, and hard floor casters are all available for this model. This chair meets or exceeds ANSI/BIFMA safety standards.

Return Policy
We have one of the best return policies among our competitors!
If you wish to return an item and it is a returnable item (products noted as Special Order/Custom Order cannot be returned), contact us for an RMA within 30 days (14 days for the ERA brand).
Ship it back for a full refund. We will not deduct any original shipping charges or restocking fees from your refund. You simply pay the return shipping. Items must be returned within 30 days, in the same condition and cartons they were sent in, so save the boxes!
In the event your item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will promptly ship replacement parts. If you prefer a return, our standard return policy applies.
We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments that are not damaged, or shipments returned due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping Policy
Our free shipping is available to your door or dock on all items shipped by UPS or FedEx within the 48 contiguous states. Address corrections or changes after shipment may incur charges. Items arrive unassembled or partially assembled unless noted otherwise.
Heavy Freight Deliveries
Quantity orders (typically 6+ items) and all large/heavy items require a freight carrier and may take longer to arrive.
Standard freight delivery is dock-to-dock (“tailgate”). You must be available to unload your items from the truck’s tailgate. Missed deliveries requiring rescheduling or redelivery may incur charges.
