Have your office furniture shipment lowered from the delivery truck to ground level with Liftgate Delivery. A liftgate is a platform at the back of the truck that lowers large or heavy shipments, so you do not have to unload them from the truck's tailgate yourself.
When Is Liftgate Delivery Required?
This service is required for LTL freight deliveries (shipments arriving by tractor-trailer) to:
- Residential addresses
- Commercial addresses without a loading dock
What This Service Includes

- One charge for your order: The liftgate charge covers the entire order, regardless of the number of items.
Does Liftgate Delivery Include Bringing Furniture Inside?
No. You are responsible for moving your furniture inside after it has been lowered to the ground.
If you need your shipment moved just inside an accessible ground-floor entrance, choose Inside Delivery Service + Liftgate instead. Review that service's access requirements and limitations before ordering.
Return Policy
We have one of the best return policies among our competitors!
If you wish to return an item and it is a returnable item (products noted as Special Order/Custom Order cannot be returned), contact us for an RMA within 30 days (14 days for the ERA brand).
Ship it back for a full refund. We will not deduct any original shipping charges or restocking fees from your refund. You simply pay the return shipping. Items must be returned within 30 days, in the same condition and cartons they were sent in, so save the boxes!
In the event your item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will promptly ship replacement parts. If you prefer a return, our standard return policy applies.
We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments that are not damaged, or shipments returned due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping Policy
Our free shipping is available to your door or dock on all items shipped by UPS or FedEx within the 48 contiguous states. Address corrections or changes after shipment may incur charges. Items arrive unassembled or partially assembled unless noted otherwise.
Heavy Freight Deliveries
Quantity orders (typically 6+ items) and all large/heavy items require a freight carrier and may take longer to arrive.
Standard freight delivery is dock-to-dock (“tailgate”). You must be available to unload your items from the truck’s tailgate. Missed deliveries requiring rescheduling or redelivery may incur charges.
