“We received the chairs but they took a bit longer than we were told they would take. We made a phone call before we purchased to make sure we could get them pretty quickly (like a week) and we were told that would be accomplished but they took over 2 weeks to receive, which was a little disappointing. Other than that all was good.”

“The chair bottom piece is a bit confusing and somewhat hard to install/put on. So....in installing, we broke a couple of them :-(
I did call the company and told them what had happened and they were gracious enough to send us replacement bottoms, so thrilled that that process was super easy! We know how to install the bottom now (after assembling 20 chairs) we'll be sure to get the new ones put on correctly without any broken pieces!
