Genuine leather with real leather armrests for durability!
Elevate your office aesthetic with a traditional design built for modern commercial environments. The Harwick 820L blends unmatched four-legged stability with the prestige of premium real leather surfaces.
Every business owner has seen it: waiting room chairs upholstered in low-cost "bonded leather" or "eco leather" that crack, flake, and deteriorate after a year or two of heavy traffic. These artificial alternatives use ground-up leather scraps and poly-coatings that cannot withstand daily commercial wear, leaving your office looking worn out and unprofessional.
The Harwick 820L eliminates this issue by utilizing authentic, premium top-grain leather on all seating surfaces and armrest pads. Designed with a timeless four-post leg layout rather than a continuous sled frame, it offers rigid vertical support that stays perfectly anchored without shifting or tilting. Supported by a rock-solid, thick-gauge steel frame and a 10-Year Limited Warranty, this chair represents a permanent upgrade to your floor space.
Standout Features of the Harwick 820L
- Authentic Top-Grain Leather: Genuine leather seating surfaces and armrests that actively breathe, stay cool, and resist tearing or peeling over a lifetime of use.
- Four-Post Floor Versatility: The standalone four-legged footprint provides maximum structural stability on thick commercial carpets, uneven surfaces, and hard floors alike.
- 10-Year Manufacturer Framework Protection: Minimize your operational overhead. Your furniture investment is protected by a 10-year limited warranty covering the main steel assembly.
- Free Delivery Directly to Your Business: Skip the expensive commercial freight markups. We deliver this heavy-duty guest chair to your location with zero shipping fees.
- Volume Pricing Packages Available: Outfitting a brand-new medical clinic, professional lobby, or executive suite? Enjoy lower unit costs when purchasing in multiples. Contact our support desk or update your checkout quantities for automatic bulk tier discounts.
- 300 lbs. Structural Rating: Built using an inner multi-ply wood core paired with heavy-duty steel fastening points to comfortably seat up to 300 lbs.
- Contoured Commercial Cushioning: Dense, high-resiliency foam combined with built-in lower lumbar contours keeps visitors deeply comfortable during extended waiting intervals.

What's the difference between this model vs. cheaper competitor models? This chair is made of real, top grain leather. Others are comprised of bonded leather.
Real leather: Genuine leather is made from animal hides and features a natural grain pattern along with unique blemishes and imperfections. It is thicker and stronger than bonded leather, making it more durable and reflected in its higher price. Unlike bonded leather, genuine leather will not peel or flake over time.
Bonded leather: Bonded leather is created by combining leftover leather scraps with synthetic materials, such as polyurethane. This process results in a uniform texture and appearance, but it may produce a noticeable chemical odor. Additionally, bonded leather is generally thinner than genuine leather. Over time, it can begin to peel, crack, or flake.
