Remove back strain and uncomfortable seating arrangements by using the Boss Drafting Stool with Contoured Back. Height adjustments are quick and easy through the pneumatic gas lift. The sturdy chrome foot ring comfortably fits seating positions without any additional changes. Look for greater stability in the stool's large nylon base.

Return Policy

We have one of the best return policies among our competitors!

If you wish to return an item and it is a returnable item (products noted as Special Order/Custom Order cannot be returned), contact us for an RMA within 30 days (14 days for the ERA brand).

Ship it back for a full refund. We will not deduct any original shipping charges or restocking fees from your refund. You simply pay the return shipping. Items must be returned within 30 days, in the same condition and cartons they were sent in, so save the boxes!

In the event your item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will promptly ship replacement parts. If you prefer a return, our standard return policy applies.

We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments that are not damaged, or shipments returned due to incorrect addresses.



Shipping Policy

Our free shipping is available to your door or dock on all items shipped by UPS or FedEx within the 48 contiguous states. Address corrections or changes after shipment may incur charges. Items arrive unassembled or partially assembled unless noted otherwise.


Heavy Freight Deliveries

Quantity orders (typically 6+ items) and all large/heavy items require a freight carrier and may take longer to arrive.

Standard freight delivery is dock-to-dock (“tailgate”). You must be available to unload your items from the truck’s tailgate. Missed deliveries requiring rescheduling or redelivery may incur charges.

Inside Delivery: $185
Includes lift gate service when requested at ordering. Requests at delivery may cost more.

Liftgate Service: $130
Price applies when requested at ordering; requests at delivery may cost more. Free freight covers dock-to-dock delivery only.

Redelivery or Pickup Rescheduling: $60–$120
Per failed attempt.
